GTC, a leading investor and commercial property manager, has signed four new leases and two lease extensions at the Globis Wrocław office building. The transactions concluded in the first half of 2025 cover over 2,100 sqm of office space. The building's tenant mix includes companies from the e-commerce, technology, legal, beauty, marketing, and real estate sectors.

Application Partner – a provider of solutions supporting cooperation with gig-economy platforms such as Uber, Glovo, and Bolt – is set to expand its current office, remaining in its existing location.

This summer, a distributor of beauty cosmetics will move into new space, while Rentplanet, a short-term rental management company, has leased additional space. Law firm Casus Iuris will open a new office in the building.

Since June, creative agency Space of Ad has also been operating from Globis Wrocław. Additionally, the regional office of Burda Media, one of Europe’s largest media groups, has renewed its lease.

Wrocław, considered one of the largest office markets in Poland, continues to enjoy stable tenant demand. The arrival of new tenants and the extensions by existing ones confirm that Globis remains a highly attractive location for stable business growth in Lower Silesia’s capital. Our proven standards and professional property management continue to meet the needs of companies across sectors – commented Łukasz Jarzyło, Head of Office Leasing at GTC.

Globis Wrocław offers 16,600 sqm of lettable space across 12 floors. Located on Powstańców Śląskich Street, just a short walk from Wrocław Główny train station and numerous service points and public institutions, it has long been one of the city’s landmark business hubs. The building holds a BREEAM In-Use certification at the “Excellent” level. In 2024, the building underwent a modernisation of its interiors, including a new lobby.
